Fiona Dale

Fiona Dale was Upturn’s Senior Advisor for Operations. Fiona joined Upturn in 2018 as its first operations staff, and has played a central role in developing the organization’s policies, systems, and practices. Fiona went on to work closely with Upturn’s Director of Operations and Executive Director to continue supporting and strengthening internal operations.

Prior to joining Upturn, Fiona worked at the Center for Nonprofit Excellence in Charlottesville. Fiona earned her B.A. in Public Policy and Leadership from the Batten School at the University of Virginia.
