Beza Zenebe is Upturn’s Senior Operations Associate. She works alongside its Director of Operations and Operations Associate to advance the organization’s administrative functions and development. Previously, Beza worked at the Foundation for Civic Leadership—a nonpartisan nonprofit—and Blue Haven Initiative, a family-led impact investing office. She is dedicated to supporting mission-driven teams and strengthening their development and organizational management.
Beza graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Political Science and a minor in Computational Social Sciences.
